The solution to the problem of illegal immigration is not fences, it is immigration reform.

  1. Should we have borders at all?

  2. A troll! Thanks for stopping by!

When you’re capable of intelligent conversation, do stop by again.

  3. It was a serious question actually. To argue that “immigration reform” would obviate the need for “fences” is to suggest that there should be no border enforcement at all, as long as people who show up here (by whatever means) can enter into the system through some notion of a “path to citizenship” or “guest worker” program. This begs the question of whether borders are necessary, and it facilitates an exchange of ideas on the subject.

    • I’m not sure what your point or your purpose here is. It seems to me that all you want to do is pick a fight. You deliberately (or do I give you too much credit?) misstate my position, and I am not sure you understand the meaning of “begs the question.” Move along, little doggie, move along.

      • Woof woof!!
